What is Meet & Greet?
A premium upgrade on any airport transfer arrival. Instead of meeting your driver at the kerb (which can be confusing with crowds, weather, or first-time visitors), the driver enters arrivals before you exit and stands at a clearly visible spot holding a sign with your name.
They confirm your identity, take your luggage, and walk you directly to a pre-staged vehicle (parked or in a no-wait pickup zone, depending on time of day).
Especially useful for first-time visitors to Bahrain, VIPs, late-night arrivals, large families, or anyone with significant luggage. Often booked by hotels and businesses for their guests via the WiseHop white-label.

FAQ
- Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
- Yes. Driver tracks the flight automatically. Reasonable wait time (up to 60 minutes after actual landing) is included.
- Can I book for someone else?
- Yes. Just put their name in the booking; their phone in the optional contact field so the driver can chat with them once they're through immigration.
- Does it apply to a return trip too?
- Meet & Greet applies only to the outbound (arrival) leg. The return uses standard pickup at your departure location.
- What if I miss the driver in arrivals?
- Open the WiseHop app — you can call or chat them directly. They'll guide you to their position.
