- How does centralised billing work?
- Every ride booked by a team member is consolidated into a single monthly invoice. Pay by bank transfer, card on file, or top up a shared wallet — no expense reports.
- Can we restrict who books at company expense?
- Yes. Set role-based limits per traveller (per-trip cap, monthly cap, vehicle class restrictions). Bookings outside limits require manager approval in-app.
- Do you integrate with our travel platform?
- WiseHop has REST APIs and webhook callbacks compatible with SAP Concur and TripActions. Enterprise tier includes SCIM provisioning and SSO.
- What about VAT receipts?
- Every trip generates a VAT-compliant receipt (BHD 10% / SAR 15% / AED 5% as applicable). Bulk-export to CSV or push to your accounting system.
